Work culture is totally depends on their client Salary is provided on time. Decent hike.

Dislikes

They don't care about their employees once they are deployed at the client sites. You won't get the chance to work on the technology that have been promised during hiring process , hence there is a rare chance for self development. No support from HR and managers , No benefits for working on weekends and extra hours.

Just you will get the salary on time. And job security is there. But based on the licking capabilities. If you are favourite of managers then only.

The list will go on and on and on. Hr and management-: The Hr department is like beyond imagination. Suppose you raise a query then forgot that these query will even resolved or looked by someone. They think that they are giving salary from their pockets. At the end you will get frustrated and will forget about your problems. Training and KT-: See if you joining clover then consider yourself that you can handle any project without any KT as their manager even don't know what going on in the project. They will just give you tochan that you should know this and that. I joined clover as fresher but in the name of KT they told follow the seniors and ask them what they do. Skill growth and career growth-: I bet that no body will continue in the clover more than 3-4 year except some managers who consider themself very lucky that they got job in clover. Career growth will also include the salary. So I just want you to know that if you invest in some mutual fund you will get more return than the salary provide bythe clover. You have to learn each and every thing by your own. Haa, you might get some support from your seniors if they like you then only. Leaves and holiday at clover-: If you are workoaholic then you are in great place otherwise forget that holi and diwali also happen in india. What ever life you were living in college days same you have to live in clover. In the greed of compoff you want to do work on holidays but at the end you will get baba ji ka thullu. Overall experience and conclusion-: Untill and unless you are jobless, don't join clover. If you have any option rather than clover just close your eyes and go for other option. Nothing can be bad as getting job in clover.

---My manager name is sireesha devaliya ---- Pfb public review on her 1.) These lady jst use and throw poor employees who trust n hard work for her, she used poor people for her own benefit 2.) She spend in clover Infotech for almost 15+ yr it's her responsibility to pitch in and bring new client n project for Microsoft technologies but she never done instead played safely at only one client lol she's good at lckng managers doing nothing and now she is VP lmao 3.) it's a big shame on clover top management for promoting people like sireesha devaliya without doing nothing jst using poor employees work as her own and later blame that employee 4.) she know at these age she won't be getting job in market with 35+ package and comfortness so she will never quit clover Infotech 5.) Whenever any issue occurs these will turn off her mobile or dnt pick call and run always and play politics. 6.) CLOVER INFOTECH SHOULD GET AWAY WITH THESE OLD LAZY MANAGEMENT N GOVERNMENT WORKER AND REPLACE THEM WITH NEW MARKET YOUNG BLOOD AND GET AWAY A OTHER TECHNOLOGIES Project AND CLIENT WITH HIGHER CONFIDENCE INSTEAD GOING WITH ORACLE FOCUSED PROJECTS N COMPANY. Work life balance depend upto your client and module. Salary on time, Only work from office is there, Work from home depend upto client and team manager.
