No proper road map to handle the clients, special clover transition managers and uper management thinks that North Indian clients and North Indian hired staff are fool, they think they can make fool to North Indian hired people. Lot of lies commitment to them, only client specific not employees orintened company, During new project transition they feel lot of scared to new North Indian employees hence employees lost there confidence, all meeting with employees happen after 6:30 pm always with mandatory to join the meeting, worst lagaunga they use while making communication with employees, most important feedback about new projects, they used skills as per maharastra terminology while got project in North India like delhi ncr. They think same terminology will work in North Indian, mostly delhi ncr communication needs to be sweetly handle but they use worst types communication as per maharastra language and techniques hence result opposite. No one will pay you overtime or overnight expanse. Poor management, don't know to whom needs to be make a reporting manager, they believe to hire older employees who employed at previous project runner company and makes them as reporting of talented people hence person ego issue came up and stability of employees effect. No support for illness and work from home.

Job security and career growth when you are not located at client side or client location is well enough for growth.

Transparency about leaves and deduction in salary, lenthy processing for compensations, Over work load with no benefits on overtime which effects your work life balance. Poor resource management at client side. Your leaves will be available but you can't take it because no another person will be available to cover your work and shift.

...y and HR done all the formalities with FnF within 2 days. (Ego of the company) One of my colleague and friend received less salary so he visited Clover Andheri HQ as on call HR was saying ask ur Manager and Manager was saying ask HR. Finally he visited Andher HQ and discussed with but HR ordered security to move him out from building and his manager also deducted half day salary as he came from client side on working day. Below experience is the most strange, unique and worse I have ever seen in my life. An employee from Application Development Team given resignation and her manager didn't remembered or ignored and in last moment before 1 week of her last notice period day he called her and asked to don't left on defined day or he will not approve and give experience letter as replacement is not found. She was tortured so much that she was crying in front of us all. The employee who came as replacement of above Girl from Clover at my Site and after 1 month when he received salary it was 8000rs less so he discussed with HR on call and she told him that the billing of previous client was more and current client is paying less bill hence ur salary is decreased from now. Management is part of Clover not Engineers. He never told Clover to deploy him at XYZ site or ABC site. Most hurts me when I got to know that Clover is taking my billing of 90,000rs PM from Client and paying me only 29,000 PM. Clover will not help if you go to office(Client site) finish ur 9 hours and strech 2 hours and come home and u got call from Client to WFH also till midnight or full night from laptop. Above I have shared my issue and suffering and others suffering also.

- totally into oracle focused company not much into microsoft technologies - full support projects no development projects - management with old thinking and old strategys won't last - hire fire based on performance - once deployed on site after that no one will ask u, untill client paying monthly payment - toxic environment - no proper hierarchy of management - don't hire if u want to fire individual between 3 months - if u want to stay in market must focus on other technologys not only oracle , remember one day oracle will also finish what u will do? Begg on road?
