1)no benefits, less increment annually 2)selecting only freshers with high pay than seniors and they have zero or with no knowledge , 3)poor managerial and HR efforts, 4)hectic environment ,no employee problems considerations at all 5)mental harassment and worst management 6)iF YOU ARGUE WITH MANAGER OR HR THEY WILL FIND WAYS TO CAUSE PROBLEMS IN YOUR WORK LIFE BALANCE. 7)highly not recommending this company

Clover Infotech is my first IT company job this company gave me a carrier platform all companies staff are very nice behaviour And I specially thanks to Mr. Abhijit Shedulkar and Mr. Prashant Parab sir they supported and encouraged me every time. I will join again Clover Infotech if I get chance in future Thank you so much.

Um, I was worked with Clover Infotech in 9.8years. But in my salary increments company every year disappointed me I am not getting proper increments as I expected when I left this company I complete my 9.8years but my pkg. Was only 6.54lk. Thank you

...ry bad. They don't care about there employee. Company policy are always changes. Talking about salary , they does not provide increment basis on employee performance they provide the increment based on Client payment.
