The CGS environment is good, you will get to learn a lot inside the CGS, My team leader paratham bhatnagar can say that he's like my friend my brother, i am not getting time to talk I hope they will be fine, but the resent manager and in CGS I just forgot the name leave i respect them but he has bad attitude and don't know how to talk anyone, I quit my job just for his bad behaviour and everyone also left the job because of this. I apologize if anyone has felt bad, I just told the truth.

Dislikes

If the company has to be saved, then the manager will have to be fired, other wise the company will start from where it was before with just 3 or 4 people just because no one can work with this manager, I think Pratham bhatnagar can handle this company.

Likes

Even with limited resource was able to create a strong and driven team of executives and supervisors. There was a lot of scope in developing not only one business but multiple. Biggest issue faced was disconnect between Sr Management and Operation team and in a small startup organisation that is the key.
