Work life balance like hell They try to find way every time cut the salary No doctors retention policy no ,respect they treat them like labour class No salary appraisals yearly ..no corporate culture following Lots of meeting to guide doctors how to work these meetings are frustrating

Skill development, but never depend on any higher authorities for appraising your good work. Always expect them to take advantage of your name and work if you really wanna work.

...anagement for doctors working in Clove clinics. NO PROPER TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT. THEY CAN SEND YOU ANYWHERE FAR IN THE CITY AND WON'T PAY YOU CORRECT. Local management misdeeds are rarely taken up by higher authorities and no explanation is ever there for your troubles there.

Favouritism to the fullest zonal heads are biased and Hitler's No value of work and work ethics Don't expect growth Although they will.promise u 2 holidays per month but u won't get any if ur not a favourite. Terribly toxic work environment
