There's no company politics, work culture is pretty good, managers are supportive and everybody encourages you to learn new technologies no matter in which department you are working in.

Dislikes

There are very less projects, unnecessary pressure of writing 2 blogs every quarter, less compensation and high variable pay.

Huge Variable pay Lots of challenges to get Variable pay include writing blogs 3 blogs, clearing the certification, having 350 Hrs of billing hours, and much more. Fewer projects impact our variable pay

The company culture is very good Managers and other teammates are supportive Leave applications get approved easily There are a lot of opportunities to learn and get yourself certified in various different technologies

Dislikes

...you will not be given any dedicated time to prepare during your office hours. There are a lot of requirements to get the variable pay. If you join this company as a trainer you have to keep yourself engaged to work for around 15-16 hours a day including your training schedule, meetings, office works in addition to your study for certification exam. Sometimes you need to attend internal session on Saturday but you won't get any extra money for that.

Work life balance is good. But its not so good for mid level account managers.

Dislikes

Its just about numbers and no credits for the efforts. If you win deal with hook and crook they are happy. But no help and support if you are new. Project manager is always shouts and don't know how to behave. They want money machine ppl/robots only Growth prospective is also less
