...a good compensation is given, employee would adjust, but it's not the case here. NO other benefits other than salary, no health benefits, No GPF, No allowances, no perks, no team building activities, 6. Infrastructure : A company in a house, where kitchen is a conference room, rooms are cabins, no proper AC in a software company. no proper organisation, no proper bathroom. No parking space. 7. Exit criteria : once you put on your papers they treat as if we are stealing something from the company, If we request them to give reference to the new company, they provide negative reviews, no make the employee loose their offer. Reference is given only if the offer letter of the new company is given. No written policies, but lot of useless oral policies for their benefits.

...chnologies. Our team is good, and our colleagues also very friendly and helpful. The salary hike is very good.

No compensation . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours daily and late at night. I worked late at the company. They will not arrange any cab facilities for the girls they won't care about any employees. Employee benefits are nothing.

Compensation is good but it is small company there's no insurance and gratuity nothing expect pf they need introduce and team members should be trained professionally .

I am working in CloudTech Software since 8+ years. Very good company to work with. Excellent management and HR. Very good working atmosphere. Very friendly colleagues. I have not come across any issues in the company. I am very happy to work in CloudTech.

For female it is best because the company’s timing and holidays and there is no much work load (some Time it will be) the friendly TL, manager and HR.

The co-workers are not supportive and jealousy people
