The only pro of joining this company is that you will appreciate the culture of any other company in the world. Its as bad as it can get here.

...ours 59 mins, you will be given loss of pay. ( not even half day is considered) They say, the salary comes on 10th of each month, but even in best of months, it doesn't come before 19th. Since last 3 months they have been paying salary on 25th of the subsequent month. EG :- the November month salary is paid on 25th of December. Every other employee in this company is frustrated and tired of the culture, the founder, and the HR. The HR here is non existent when it comes to solving any issues. They fired an employee on the day of the joining. I mean, which person in sane mind does that. Leaves are hard to get, if you join here, you would be kept in probation for first 6 months, and in this 6 months, you aren't given any holiday, no sick leaves, no paid leaves and no work from home. There are 3 dogs in the office, one of which has bitten close to 6 people, and they have a free reign in the entire office floor. there are unfriendly policies like sandwich leaves which makes the company a bad one to work with. Remunerations are close to non existent. I have seen employees travel for work by paying out of their own pocket and later fighting with the HR as to why they are not getting the money back. All in all, please don't join this company even if this is the only offer you have. Put in some more time into self development and join a company that cares. Don't join this company.

...ing to reimburse expenses incurred by the employees, and playing the blame game. The management terminates the employees without giving any notice, explanation, and salary. This creates an unfair work environment for the employees.

Disrespectful management, Payment issues, Non-transparant and non-cooperative, Irresponsive and Care less about employees

I liked about learning the IT service which I had no prior experience about and also had good exposure working with government clients here.

...ntributed development of business opportunities valued at above Rs. 200 crore. 3) They also had not paid my last month salary till date. 4) They had not released me experience and reliving letter till date.

They have good clientele in Government sector.

Dislikes

1)They deduct salary without any reasons and sometimes hold salary of 2-3 months. 2) No company culture and No health insurance policy. 3)They expect you to be available 24X7 for 365 days of working

- Company is growing so there are opportunities to explore yourself. - Listen and consider new ideas. - Growth in personally and professionally. - Learn a lot of skills as there is work in different sectors. - Got an opportunity to explore knowledge in different fields.

Dislikes

- Low in-hand salary. - Might have unpredictable working hours.
