The lack of a well-structured Sales department. Overstaffing in HR and Marketing compared to core revenue-generating departments. Unwarranted and frequent promotions within upper management. Inadequate appraisals for entry-level and mis-level employees. Almost no onsite opportunities. Cost-cutting is primarily achieved by reducing employee headcount. Human Resource is driving the implementation of highly inefficient software tools. Insufficient coverage of health insurance, including parental insurance. Frequent delays in providing health insurance. The company's vision and mission are outdated.

...n ask for, amazing work environment with veey helpful managers and senior staff. Compensation is apt as per the position, very satisfied and happy working with CM.

Dislikes

I know it might seem as exaggeration but I believe to give in my 100% where I work and thankfully I am getting that 100% in return.

Likes

The best thing about CoudMoyo is its culture and FORTE values. Its product-based company gives their employee freedom to implement their IDIAS, Take Care of themselves, Work-life balance. Overall it is really good to be a part of Cloudmoyo.

I think low salary scale compared to industry standards.

Work culture is okay and relaxed because there isn't much work that company has. Management is light.

Dislikes

No job security - as they Hire contractual and layoff when work is done. Bulk laying off of 56 people was done because company has no work. Management is poor. They're unclear about instructions and keep reworking on same thing without any insight. Learning is very low as the work is not comprehensive.

Likes

One of the things that I love about the company is that I am given freedom to lead and take decisions in terms of managing the project, selecting the tools required for the project, selecting employees, initiate new ideas, and engage in brainstorming sessions. I also could initiate my own ideas that were quickly and openly implemented for good.

Dislikes

The pick up facility is not from your place and you have to drive to the pick up point.
