...from MNR solutions set up technical round with Cloudera person. I cleared round. Salary part - I already communicated about I hold of offer 8 LPA and want hike on that. So Rohit said it can be possible upto 8.5 LPA. I said ok. But after all discussion suddenly they said Cloudera is not ready to provide upto 8.5 LPA. They last can provide 8 LPA. I agreed on it. Cloudera HR Monali called me. And said I will sent offer letter by EOD. But she not processed with it. I took follow up through Rohit on this. And Rohit said I will checkout with her. I said ok. Then for the same I take follow up on email. After that I got an call from Rohit to say ki aapka candituare proceed nhi ho skta. I asked for reason and they gave reason like Aapka expectations high hai. When I already confirmed my expectations and your budget after that we come on this decision for 8 LPA. Then how is possible Cloudera don't have this much budget. And if you don't have budget why even you proceed with me. Suggestions - Mgt please look into it. And if MNR is right. Don't tie up with such companies like Cloudera. Don't waste Candidate time.

- Work life Balance. - Very well weekend/public holiday pay.

Dislikes

- Attrition rate is extremely high. - Cloudera used to be a superb place to work but not anymore post aquisition. - Micro-management. - No value to the loyal employees who stays and work hard for the company. - Less yearly increment. - People who work 20 hours a day are personal favorites of managers. - Everything is now based on statistics. Doesn't matter the complexity of the issue you handled. Just achieve the higher numbers and you will become favorites of the higher who doesn't even know you. I feel due to this quality work has been affected. - Most of the managers are support engineers and doesn't even know anything about management and hence they follow instructions from top management blindly just to prove they are doing their work.

1. Work Culture: Sometimes I need to ping my manager to assign me some tasks. 2. Perfect Work-life balance: You'll get more than enough unplugged days (paid offs) that you'll yourself say holidays are over, I need to work today.

Only one dislike: Its employees are easily swayed by big tech companies who offer better compensation than this org.
