... in place. 4. No job security: They will fire you anytime whenever they feel. 5. They fired 2 employees just because they wrote real reviews about the company and deducted a big part of their salary. 6. They live in 90s: They don't even provide holidays on festivals like Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi. They just provide 12 leaves annulaly with a very very lengthy approval process. 7. They will introduce a new policy such as leave and deduct part of your salary every other month by some reason. 8. They force you to come to their so called "vacation" in udaipur on your own expenses 2 times in a years else you will lose your job. 9. No salary hikes. At least I didn't get any. 10. Now that people have written their experiences on Glassdoor and Ambition Box so they have started asking us (all employees) to go to these platforms and give 5 start rating and write good things about them, then only we can grow within the company. 11. Manager, Co-founder, Team Leader: they're just puppet of Nidhi Jain. Because they don't have any authority. Even to approve a leave of an employee or implement a minor change in process they wait for the permission from Nidhi. Also look for linkedin posts from Bharat K to get a better idea about their culture

...vents like Independence day, Gandhi jayanti, not even for christmas or new year. It is a typical indian startup with a mindset that you hve to work just because they pay you. They hire more and fire soon. Ever since i joined there has been so many lay offs and so many people quit. there is no one permanent because no one stays in the company for long term. People want to run away and people who got fired are very relieved.

...t over to the development team. There is no proper guidance. Long working hours. Very poor pay which is way below industry standards. A lot of attrition in the company.

They pay everyone on time even before time the founders are very supportive if you need financial help they are there to help you out. Awesome culture flexible timings and the best thing is there are paid holidays plus no questions asked during taking leaves

This must be a joke... What's there to like a out this company. The founders definitely took birth at an inauspicious time to grace this world with their inauspicious presence. Crazy management people, you won't find crazier ones in your entire life, I promise. Don't get lured by the Permanent Work From Home promise, it isn't bigger than life itself. Every single positive review is incorrect, employees were blackmailed into writing them. Run! Avoid!
