Only some seniors are helpful in Learning and to encourage employees rest all management and HR are racists, they only encourage their people's. Company is full of management relatives employee. HR has no powers to take decisions in this company. Totally Unprofessionalism.

...r companies norms and employees law every six months according to their profits. There is no bonus provided, nothing extra from salary. They used to cut your medical EMI's also from CTC. Working hrs is 10AM to 7 PM but followed very rare. Employees used to work under much pressure after 7 PM also. No drop service in case of late working employees.

Job Security, they don't fire unless there is a serious issue with your behaviour.

Dislikes

No work life balance, their appriasal are like cumin's in camel's mouth. All of the activities they organize are only for taking photos and to show off to the world. Exaustic work culture.
