Employees can improve their skills and work with new Clients by Exposing them to Different Projects. Our Team mates are so Supportive and Lend a Hand whenever Needed. Career Development and Personal Growth is Always Aided by the Management and HR Team. Work Satisfaction is another huge plus and Mental Strain is too Minimal when compared to other Firms.

Dislikes

Management as well as Employees can Communicate more Effectively. Talking about Salary, It makes sense that Pay could be a cause of contention particularly after working for the company for a number of years. I Occasionally felt Demotivated Since Leadership Didn't Recognize my Hard Work, Accomplishments and Dedication.

Best platform for beginner or freshers to skill up the knowledge and guidance cloudq focus on creating a good learning environment and pushing to client projects. Job training will be given for beginner.

Dislikes

As part of growing company we can't expect good pay in beginning even though salary is decent but career growth is slow, there is a bond of 2 years before you cannot resign.

The Skill development and the projects they handle are very diverse thus helping to grow as much as possible.

Salary can be made higher for freshers as well as for employees in order to retain them and improve their morale
