Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Given autonomy as a manager which is good Trusted but given space to grow and develop Great people who are always helpful and love to collaborate Flexible working which helps if you don’t live close to the office Good lunches Salary is paid as per market rate which is very fair and also refreshing Have some great products which have huge potential The CEO is a great guy and cares about what we do and our integrity. The CEO also goes out of his way to say hello and see if you’re ok which I think is great. Some of the words to describe him in other reviews such as a tyrant are completely laughable.

Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happyly in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here. Our seneors are treat us as like a family. They support us any time any where. That's why I like to work with them.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours in a day as I have to attend client calls the night.

In this company, I am working since 2018 and I have good experience with my team mates. I love the back end team which help me do good work as well as I thank all Cloud Packers Movers team.

I have to attend client calls in the night. There is no good training for freshers because of that we have to more time to them, that is pain sometimes.
