All big talks..but a very poor show. .you can be terminated from job without presence of of your reporting authorities...they hire with a policy of 10 days trial period,no training ..no meetings all you need to learn things by yourself..no mentorship no guidance..just what they want from you is output without giving an effort..they will ask you to stand a against a specific group of employees but surprisingly your report card depends on feedback of sample employees.. Even if you are on a hire designation you can only be applauded,if the lower designation accepts you(those which you were working against*) Absolute waste of time efforts and energy.all politics ,drama n waste of time.
