Company gives a good work life balance. The environment and the people are very supportive and friendly. The best part about the company is the holiday, if any of the festival or occasion occurs on weekend then the company policy is to provide a substitute holiday on the coming weekday.

Dislikes

I dislike only one thing that there is no proper hierarchy followed in the work environment and the team activities were not planned for team bonding.

Likes

Work Life balance, flexible working hours,mostly the leave policy for example we get to carry forward our leave on next working day if a particular leave falls on a weekend.Ample learning opportunities.
