Since this is a start up, employees are expecting to work longer hours especially when there are deliverables. Work pressure can be high.

...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and our management is transparent. Company policies, appraisals are fair and decent salary, hike, bonus (especially in the Pandemic situation our company didn't let us down).

I couldn't find much, sometimes it can get really busy and can feel at those times like it's difficult to move forward with the strategic work, but our team and management have supported though..

100% toxic environment there is no job security, and the management is worst. Will terminate without any proper justification. think before joining in this company cause it might affect your career later.

This company follows a hire and fire approach, recruiting people based on immediate project demand and letting them go one day without any reason or with silly reason. If client is dissatisfied, they don't hesitate to fire employees, regardless of their contributions. Leadership team is very poor, internal politics between them is very common and that affecting many employees and creating a toxic work environment with zero job security.

Nothing to be liked here, no trainings, no roadmap. Full of lies and they will try to use and throw the candidate for their benefits.

Dislikes

Candidates who are more experienced skill set in any latest technologies, please do not join here. Think twice, before taking risk here. They don't have much direct client projects, it's going to be hire & fire situation if you are in bench. Not a good choice for any experienced candidates here. Full of politics and inhuman behaviours of top management. Don't screw up your life by joining here.
