Since this is a start up, employees are expecting to work longer hours especially when there are deliverables. Work pressure can be high.

...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and our management is transparent. Company policies, appraisals are fair and decent salary, hike, bonus (especially in the Pandemic situation our company didn't let us down).

I couldn't find much, sometimes it can get really busy and can feel at those times like it's difficult to move forward with the strategic work, but our team and management have supported though..

Excellent work culture! It's been 2 years at Cloud Destinations. The best part about this company is that the trust the management place in its people and the opportunities for learning and growth.
