I don't recommend to work in here. working culture is very poor. Trainers, Who give you salesforce training are very bad they as it is copy paste SGTS assignments and Notes. No job security. they can fire you any time. Lack of projects.

1. Job security is zero 2. Too much of Micro management especially in this company's CEO is directly involved in the micro management which is really a low level thing for any organisation. 3. Professionalism is not there, even in official meetings CEO speaks like a roadside goon. 4. Lots of office politics is there 5. The job roles and responsibilities can be changed whenever the senior management wants, you don't have any growth in your own domain 6.
