Worst company ever seen. No fix date for salary, management is so bossy and unfriendly. Long working hours, so much pressure by management. Worst HR Department. Pathetic work culture. No job security. No trainings, no growth. Getting F & F from company is so painful. Unprofessional company.

Only liking about this company is work remotely but management is dictator so u never know when the "Farmaan" will be passed to discontinue it.

... have no choice but to work for minimum 12-13 hrs a day,mostly on weekends also.No fix salary date. Even I agree most of 4 and 5 star ratings are not genuine,its posted by company to attract new joinees.No job security. Very few clients, HR is puppet of management. No policies, U will have to struggle for even getting a salary slip. If ur salary is deducted by account dept. Mistake then also u will have to struggle a Looooooooot to get it back.Anytime your technology can be changed without knowing ur willingness. Dont trust the fake promises given by recruiters, if u decide to join then make sure these promises are written on the paper because management flips. The way company is running i have a strong feeling that it will be shut soon.

- Late working hours could get sometimes taxing and could lead to mental fatigue. But the organization gives compensation offs to maintain the work-life balance - Work Pressure on;y during project delivery time. - You are expected to figure out new stuff in a short time which becomes tough but depends from person to person

...nversations. There are ample learning opportunities to amp up your tech skills. The pay scale is good and promotions happen on a timely basis.

Dislikes

- Sometimes I feel management stresses everyone to take a lead when it comes to deliverables. This can get a little tough for some to handle, but personally, it has been a great journey so far. -Long working hours when there are tight deadlines will eventually decrease as they are hiring new team members with a good speed. - The organization needs to enhance a bit of macro-management. - For sure wish to be a part of more virtual team bonding events as for now we have these events on a monthly basis.

...e always high for learners. Employees get chance to work on latest technologies. Salary paid by 10th of every month. Company paid appraisal annually to the employees calculated in the month of April & October. My reason for change was my family relocation. Overall company was nice and the managers too.
