Worst company ever seen. No fix date for salary, management is so bossy and unfriendly. Long working hours, so much pressure by management. Worst HR Department. Pathetic work culture. No job security. No trainings, no growth. Getting F & F from company is so painful. Unprofessional company.

...ent exposure. I have been working on bringing mobile app development business. - The firm is growing at a good pace and they show that in bonuses and salary hikes. - Good and timely updates on WFH and pandemic situations. - Diverse work culture.

I miss the time when we used to gather in the gaming arena or hang out together before the pandemic. - I feel there is less interaction with the team because of the COVID scenario. - For the new joiners learning ERP setup to track work becomes tough in the WFH mode and this issue can get resolved with proper orientation on day 1. - Also, there should be more one-to-one communication sessions with the management to align personal goals with organizational goals.

Company is run by unethical people. Company tortures you once you resign. Your salary go on hold, and you get humiliated every day and post exit also there is no surity when you will get your hold salary. Tremendous pressure. Worst company ever seen.

... after many months also didn't get clarification even after multiple follow-ups. No fix salary day, salary credited when half of the month is passed.No fix appraisal period. So much micromanagement.

Only liking about this company is work remotely but management is dictator so u never know when the "Farmaan" will be passed to discontinue it.

... have no choice but to work for minimum 12-13 hrs a day,mostly on weekends also.No fix salary date. Even I agree most of 4 and 5 star ratings are not genuine,its posted by company to attract new joinees.No job security. Very few clients, HR is puppet of management. No policies, U will have to struggle for even getting a salary slip. If ur salary is deducted by account dept. Mistake then also u will have to struggle a Looooooooot to get it back.Anytime your technology can be changed without knowing ur willingness. Dont trust the fake promises given by recruiters, if u decide to join then make sure these promises are written on the paper because management flips. The way company is running i have a strong feeling that it will be shut soon.
