No place for hard worker & honest person 8. If person is sick still you have to work from home or hospital 9. Candidates needs to respond and actively during leave If you are on leave for any marriage party & they need your support, then and there you have to give support 10. Most of the time you have to work late night and Sunday without extra benifit

...hey terminate you in 2 hours notice and don't even pay you for the month worked. They plan, make you work for extra hours and then at the end of the month when your salary is going to get credited, they fire you with lame reasons and Don't even pay you. If you can survive without food, then apply in this company because they can anytime terminate you and not pay your salary for that month too.

My LAST POST WAS DELETED AFTER AN EMPLOYEE COMMENTED ON IT AND POTRAYED WRONG FACTS. I FEEL AS AN INDIVIDUAL I HAVE COMPLETE RIGHTS TO SHARE MY FEEDBACK. I would never malign the organization as a whole ,no organization is good or bad its their people who makes it good or bad. There are few people in the organization who is promoting the BABU culture. Buttering and Favoritism are at its peak. The Director of the company promotes the favoritism and divide and rule culture. Here quality of work does not matter only matters how well are you connected to your Director. He gives no basic respects given to his subordinates and treats them very badly. If you are his favorite then without any quality of work you would be getting 35 % hike. He even goes to extent to help his favorites. And if you do your work well and not among the favorites he will insult in such extent that there would be no way other than leaving also you will be rewarded 10% for your hard work. HR almost plays no role if you complain against the agony you are going through. If your knowledge skills are better than this favourites he will try to pull you down by any means. He has a big EGO and if you are the one who believes in hardwork and speaks black and white without thinking of his ego then your life is screwed. He feels he is behind every success and failures are because of the employees. To the Management employees do leave because of bad bosses who make them feel unworthy and incapable. Attrition can only be controlled if managed by a leader and not a boss. Few people are ruining the culture there is lot to learn in Clirnet amazing business model but before people experience this learning they are only experiencing the politics. I believe you will do a RCA on the attrition and make it again a place of learning and growing. I believe it in good faith.
