They make false promises about the job satisfaction and job security. But in fact they are just trying to take advantage of the employee and they denied to give fnf as well, after asking about the salary they said it is our company our rules you can do whatever you want. I highly recommend you to work for a better organisation, this should be last option if you are very desperate for a job. No mentoring, only bossing they want you to do the job perfectly without training.
