I like the work culture in this office. Company has employee-friendly policies. Communication is transparent.

Dislikes

Company does not have a set hierarchy where the employees can look upon 'climbing the corporate ladder'. Generally employees get a feeling that they cannot grow in this organization.

Likes

Clinipace has a good working environment. Managers are understanding and give you free hand in doing work.

Dislikes

The open office culture is sometimes irritating. People come to your desk as and when they feel like and you have no option but to stop your work and talk to them. Sometimes when your work needs concentration, other teams talking will disturb you. I wish there were more cabins atleast for the senior people.
