I think there’s little politics between employees, but that’s fine because in every place there’s gonna be little politics and what not. After all, you can’t please everyone.

Good Company culture at one time. Entertains all festivals and important days. Colleagues are really caring and supportive.

Dislikes

No job security, manipulative seniors. Co-founder harasses employee to work more than their potential. No structural hierarchy among the staff. Poor management and unnecessary strict school like rules which no one normally does in corporate office.

There management is not very good, they don't care about your performance, not about your job security, there mail about there promises are fake, they will throw you there excuses and never give you what you deserve
