Dislikes

1) HR is completely uncommunicative and will speak one word a day. No responses to mails or queries. Even in my relieving letter My DOJ was specified as 1 month before my actual DOJ. 2) VP, Director, Project Managers depend on other worker's mistake to survive rather on their own abilities. If people can show some certifications like AI/ML, then despite the stupidness people can easily get selected as VP/Director/PM. 3) CEO is the biggest joke. His Wife is CFO and Mother-in-law is head of HR. So it is a family company 4) In short if u r looking for a company with just ur time-pass skills and is not interested in learning new skills, then this is the perfect company for you as long as you are ready to be CEO's ++++.

There is nothing that I should mention.

Dislikes

1. They don’t t have enough expertise to give on job training to new employees. 2. Leadership team is not efficient enough to plan and strategise employee goals, organisational culture, development goals and what not. 3. HR department doesn’t stick to there offer that was offered before joining. 4. Overall culture is hire and fire. 5. They believe in ruining employees career. 6. Very small company. They provide work from home option without a network allowance though they have a high bandwidth requirement to set up remote access to all there applications. 7. No clarity on SOPs. 8. No proper team bonding activities or initiatives. There are still many things. I can’t believe how did I make this blunder and joined such a non deserving organisation.
