CSTECH encourages talents by giving career route opportunities. It is well established in market by providing the services to clients in time, provides better work culture and team support.

Strict in company policies, by which employees know about the corporate culture, helps them to strive in the corporate world.

Likes

Few good engineers. But, helpless as they might have joined here out of desparation to go onsite (false promises) or due to their personal situation.

Dislikes

Do cross check their offer letter and terms&conditions, their HR department is a mere puppy to CEO and COO who play smart to trap desparate engineers who are having a gap, by locking selected experienced engineers in a 12month bond without prior intimation at the time of shortlisting or during any interview round. CEO pretends to know all technologies hands-on and tries to belittle the candidate while expressing his skills. COO thought I would fall for their oversmart negotiation techniques like for example their onsite presence and he proudly says "company bears the visa expenses after 12months tenure". What an idiotic COO !! its obvious that company will only bear those expenses. I had taught them a lesson and forced them to take back their unethical, insecure T&C's presented in offer letter. I had the last laugh !!. Ridiculous IT company with least market standards. Offer not accepted. I shared this experience in social networking, groups and forums for other engineers to be cautious about this 3rd grade company.

CSTECH gives us a friendly environment and the opportunity to prove ourselves. Management is so supportive in all aspects. I'm grateful to be a part of this organization. In CSTECH we have learning opportunities, mentorship and a supportive work environment.
