New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

You get to work on many technologies . but the work load is so high , you rarely get to learn something

... is a manager known for screaming and being really rude to her subordinates. 3. Salary. They paid me 10,000 rupees a month for a full-stack developer job. i was literally working vuejs, c# and even Aws cloud and they paid me a measly 10,000. 4.Fraud. They promised me (verbally), that salary would be increased after my 3 month intern phase is done. after spending 3 months they said ,appraisals and increments only happen after a year. they expected me to work that hard for 10,000. Neither the CEO or the HR saw anything wrong with that. i left that place 5 days after that, and absconded.i could not work there anymore its a pretty sad place. if you are a fresher you can join the company but please leave before they suck the life out of you
