They are holding salaries of many people working in their company they do suddenly layoffs and hold salary and benefits and no body is taking any step to clear salaries of the employes very poor Management

Only thing about company is they offer work from home with five days working.

Dislikes

In terms of dislike there is a huge list. From 2017 to till company is still a start up. These company works on only policy "Use & Throw". For experienced ones the company is a big no they don't even value or respect them and for freshers they need someone whom they can mold them the way they want. They know how to collect positive reviews on multiple platforms so the hype of the company would be there. There is always a communication gap in their management. Their actions and words does not match. They exploit employees mentally and financially for their own sake. No scope of growth and job security. Staying there would kill your all skills because these people only steal your knowledge and in return they will give you layoffs or pressurize you to resign without even paying you single penny.

Likes

It's always the target based work and will keep on poking you until you quit or they will fore you even if you are best when your their need is completed, you're dead meat.

Dislikes

They hire a batch in a year them pressurized them so that they leave when it's time for appraisal. The seniors only have one way conversation and not ready to accept your opinions/suggestions.

So much of hidden politics ...Sr leaders are rude , doesn’t know how to talk and behave...

There is no job security for anyone ...have a hire and fire employees ...they spoil Career of freshers as well as experienced people as they don’t value anyone ...people who do buttering can only stay and owner doesn’t look to company working function at all ...
