The exposure to the latest in technology that drives growth, wide exposure to disciplines. The learning curve is steep and steady. Strong sales, success and marketing motion and backed by a decent product/tech team

Dislikes

A little whimsical at times and need to slow down to validate which of the experiments to scale and which to climb back from without a scientific method to measure success or failure

Interviewer gives you full promises which they will never discuss and hire right people to do wrong jobs fake opportunities shared.

Dislikes

You need too work for 12 hrs without time zone, You will spend 3-4 hrs in daily catchup, no variable payout as it is linked to company performance which will never hit targets as company already sinking and having -15 mil EBTA
