The work Pressure is low as the company have no money to pay salaries and invest on projects, So you will be sitting ideal and waiting for money for sites and for your pocket.

Dislikes

1.Salary is Extremely delayed. I got my 1 month salary after 3 month that too of only few days. 2.The Manager(GM) is Not competent enough to handle projects/Sites, he is Brother in Law of owner hence he is sitting and behaving like a boss. 3. The company will Discriminate between Saudi and Non Saudi Staff. In Between Non Saudi Staff,Malayali and non Malayali staff.Within Malayali, Relatives and Non relatives malayali staff. 4.The company Don't care about your personal Need for money(e.g may be due to personal emergency back home in your Family),They will give you your salary after continuous begging and giving evidence of emergency. 5.They boys working there is Competent in nature but afraid to leave company by seeing company retaliation on resignation. 6.If you are fresher, then it is a good company to learn as any mistake done by you will not cause big negative impact on projects.
