Cleartrip was very good as long as it was under IGT solution

Ever since there was a clear trip under the energizer, neither do we get proper salary nor is the management proper, there is politics on the whole floor, till date the salary has not been paid in full,Even when there is leave, leave without pay is applied and salary is deducted, from the employee to the high post senior, no one is right,They are jealous of each other and gossip to their seniors that this employee is like this and even the supervisor listens to them. 3rd class service has been completed and now it is cleartrip.

...rate Finance Executive/learning they have not to be provide any proper training. Lockdown reduced salary and removed employee no security with job

Management – The management is not supportive. Work-life balance – There is no proper work-life balance. Colleagues – I don’t feel connected with my colleagues. The company lacks a clear vision Groupism – There is too much groupism in the company. Career suicide – Staying here feels like career suicide. This place is one of the worst place to work and you will never grow and it's like a mental torture and think 1000 times to join here

Their policies are not relevant for employees, No promotion no salary increment, bad office environment. Only few old employees are enjoying the working they harrase new employees. They don’t care their loyal employees, bad work culture, No personal life, no worklife balance, employees forced to work after office hours, on weekends even on holidays.
