1) Frequent policy changes 2) Zero work-life balance 3) this is more like sales domain now rather than KAM function 4) they will expect you to work like field sales and unrealistic targets of almost 2X 5) Most of the time goes in client support but it's not your actual work, they will ask you ignore customer queries but you have go to same customer for sales 6) Partiality and disparity at its best 7) HRBP doesn't bother about your issues and zero employee engagement, they will not fulfill promises given at the time of hiring 8) Almost everyone is trying for other opportunities

They sometimes take the team out for parties

If the daily target is not reached the manager asks you to apply for paid leave(loss of pay) for the day even though you came to office and worked the entire day

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive Company policies are good, if you are looking for working in fintech it's good place to work for.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

They haven't cut my salary throughout the lockdown and supported all of our employees with salary payouts on time. But they have fired a few employees too. And the employee mandated premium insurance covers for COVID as well.

Recently there is more focus on sales although my role is not Entirely dependant on sales. That is something annoying for now.

Salary is good in the industry, wfh is available sometimes

No Job Security, Hire and Fire culture across different functions especially in sales and CSM You may lose your job within 3 months after getting hired
