... and culture. Colleges are very supportive. Company policy is good for everyone. Appraisals is fair and they give a great salary and hike every year.

We don't like anything.

Dislikes

Fake commitments by HR & poor and unskilled management including HR. Salary breakup given by HR after 15days of joining. Both PF share deduct from employees salary. Management continues pressurized to employees who is working hard.

...eciable factor which motivates me to keep working at clearpack india pvt. Ltd. Credited salary on time even in lockdown is clearpack's big support for all the working employees.

Dislikes

Salary and politics are two worst factors which I personally feel and dislike most about clearpack.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
