Fake commitments by HR & poor and unskilled management including HR. Salary breakup given by HR after 15days of joining. Both PF share deduct from employees salary. Management continues pressurized to employees who is working hard.

... and culture. Colleges are very supportive. Company policy is good for everyone. Appraisals is fair and they give a great salary and hike every year.

Salary is very good but career growth is too slow

I like this job, and working hours very good,all my team support to each other, working Environment is very good.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.there is no on-job training for fresher and senior folks like me have to guide.
