Only one thing I like about this company is that we can work as per our time settlement. Here not 9 am to 6 pm service period. We can choose our time to doing work. During peak load 12 to 18 hour job can be done.

There are many thing dislike about this company. First is I was terminated at date 8 April 2019, from that date to today (5 November 2019) I have to take appropriate 25000 rupees, this money company not ready to give me. Second thing here job security is zero. Increments and others benefits are poor Here if you want to talk with HR than it will biggest problem. HR never receive call

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
