Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Likes

Terrible company, only politics, freshers are managers and experienced people are interns. No respect for employees. Hidden policies, payment issues, site reimbursement not given on time. People are not allowed to leave there place. But managers (freshers) can party dance do whatever they want. Managers ( freshers) can come at whatever time they want, but other employees if late for 1 min, then half-day salary.
