In india Mid level manager politics, salary corrections they ignore which hurts employees doesn't have a third party company which evaluate if salaries are proper increased according to standard MNC hr team is not that effective their tasks are mostly pending regarding pf ,they feel they are superior or any other but initiations are good

I've seen multiple times manager's use girls to complaint for other managers so they can get promoted. Totally unhealthy practice. They should think about their character, ethics etc.

...some open minded people. Conservative mind set usually give examples of Genpact. Always looking for cost cutting. Many times they organized events without snacks/refreshment. No Gym, No Free meals.
