...account opposing view points. HR Team does all sorts of engagement activities... Always there to help employees out in times of need, be it Salary Advance or attendance goofups :P I've seen the culture change for the better. Salaries come in on time, best in industry employee benefits.

People who are looking to grow in a role OR do cross functional work while succeeding with the company; this is the place to be. Company uses techniques like Kanban to streamline work flow.

I have loved this company since the day I have joined in as a community associate. The AVP of operations has been very supportive, she taught me how to handle situations, how to manage escalations, even in minute decisions she helps us out. A great person to follow your footsteps into operations. The beauty of the office is the main attraction.

It’s complete work from office, could have made hybrid

Company is really good, the founders are really supportive and help me in every way, the dept heads are always there when I need any help. They do celebrate every festival, fun Fridays, events etc.
