We will be getting compensation leave for the extra time worked, but that cannot be converted to encashment.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Salary hike is Terrible. Management gets most out of us and throws us out when asked for increment. Unless you are a critical employee you won't be adjusted with salary increment.

As a trianee you will be assigned with task and you have to complete it by learning all buy yourself which helps in skill development
