.... Great work flexibility. Direct guidance from the CEO whenever you need advice. Additional bonus for extra effort put in during covid pandemic. I would strongly recommend ClaySys for anyone who is ready to work sincerely. My remunerartion grew exponentially based on my contribution to the organization.

Dislikes

1) Second shift. 2) Organization should focus on training the team members to make them get better at what they are doing. Learning and QIPs should be given importance.

Best Managing Director and management team. Free apartment scheme and bonus incentives. Growing very fast. Committed to provide better life style for employees. No politics at all. Innovative products.

Fresher salary is somewhat low.

We will be getting compensation leave for the extra time worked, but that cannot be converted to encashment.

Salary hike is Terrible. Management gets most out of us and throws us out when asked for increment. Unless you are a critical employee you won't be adjusted with salary increment.

Nice place to learn. We will be busy always but it depends on the project and team as well. No shift based work and It was nice to hear about flexible timing. No politics in office this was great. Team will be appreciated after successful task launch. Great task management. Reimbursement it there. Sports and fun activities will be conducted and awarded. Young welfare team commitment is good. A/C cab facility is good, timings not fair for mens.

Dislikes

Salary is poor compared to other IT sectors. Salary hike also low. Poor resource management. For product team timings is cool, for service some team expects freshers to work 10 to 12 hours. Reimbursement is there but freshers cannot make use of it as like experienced, even-though freshers works a lot.

Only job security is plus, they won't terminate anyone because no one can work with 10k per month for two years.

Toxic, worst salary in corporate, no increment, no promotion, waste of time, no skill development
