Nice place to learn. We will be busy always but it depends on the project and team as well. No shift based work and It was nice to hear about flexible timing. No politics in office this was great. Team will be appreciated after successful task launch. Great task management. Reimbursement it there. Sports and fun activities will be conducted and awarded. Young welfare team commitment is good. A/C cab facility is good, timings not fair for mens....Read More

Dislikes

Salary is poor compared to other IT sectors. Salary hike also low. Poor resource management. For product team timings is cool, for service some team expects freshers to work 10 to 12 hours. Reimbursement is there but freshers cannot make use of it as like experienced, even-though freshers works a lot.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
