Permanent Work from home. Kochi residents can work from office/hybrid if desired. No compulsion.

Dislikes

No worklofe balance. More than 8 hours of work without proper salary hikes or promotions. Extreme company politics. All perks are given only to important higher ups. You are really lucky to find the very few good leads to work with. Salary hikes are very minimum. Too many policies and unwanted rules to abide. Tracks every move and every click. You have to work 8 hours minimum no matter what. Even if you completed your tasks you have to find work and utilize the remaining hours. Doesmt matter even if you have work extra some other day. A day HAS TO BE 8 hours min.

.... Great work flexibility. Direct guidance from the CEO whenever you need advice. Additional bonus for extra effort put in during covid pandemic. I would strongly recommend ClaySys for anyone who is ready to work sincerely. My remunerartion grew exponentially based on my contribution to the organization.

Dislikes

1) Second shift. 2) Organization should focus on training the team members to make them get better at what they are doing. Learning and QIPs should be given importance.

Only job security is plus, they won't terminate anyone because no one can work with 10k per month for two years.

Toxic, worst salary in corporate, no increment, no promotion, waste of time, no skill development

They don't fire you for silly reasons. If you are decent at what you do they'll keep you forever

...ts working time and also you need to work on the regular work time of your team. Salary is so low

I got to learn soo may things. Including so may tools and working with different projects . Also very flexible work hours gives us very good work life balance

Basically salary is not good for starters and Hike also is very low here.
