Very low appraisal and salary hikes. Normally company only give appraisal in 1 year gap. There is no work life balance , you will assign multiple tasks with less eta and you need to sit overnight to complete it.

I like clasysy lot because there we have friendly environment, then good place to start our carrier and learn technology, its like an flexible time working hours.

Dislikes

Only one disadvantage, they are paying less package.

Literally nothing. Even wfh is bad considering they make you work over time since you have your system with you.

Everything. Worst company and management. WFH means work more than 12 hours a day. Poor employee growth- promotions are rare, no salary hikes (no salary as per industry). Very high politics played by management. No recognition or appreciation unless you worship the senior management. PLEASE NEVER JOIN IF YOU WANT PEACE.
