People are cooperative with good management team. Work culture is also good with cooperative HR. Mentors are nice as they always help in work and provide backup. Overall the company helped me improve both personally and professionally. I do not know this is negative or positive but this is my review and experience with Clay Telecom.

Dislikes

I joined Clay Telecom as a fresher and found it a suitable workplace for learning. Every task assigned to me helped improving my morale but with little late working hours. Company should get more employees to balance the work pressure.

Only best thing I like about Clay Telecom is it’s Timings…

Dislikes

There’s no job security. The management people use to talk like a Shopkeeper… they eat Gutkha in there… Even terrible washroom with no maintenance. No learning and very less earning.

Since telecom was my first experience in career and I had enjoyed working their for nearly about 8 years. I initially started with the cold calls, meeting new and old clients and achieved the given target assigned. Clay had given me the space and shape in my life for corporate dealing. Clay made me learn how to do profiling of our Client and Retention. I mate my people , understood and explained in the manner was corporate wants us to do. So, I say in corporate Clay was my first lovingly experience.

There is nothing as such to dislike about clay telecom , All the team work with PAN India were cooperative and flexibility in management system. No issue was with the payment is concern but there were no incentive structure designed.

Clay is always is open to innovation and really adopt the latest technology. I love the fact that I was part of a team that markets rely, high quality products and the pan India top corporate client base. The COO is outstanding. He build such relationships with his team that no one wants to leave the company, simply because of im. Even being out of India now, I still miss him.

My overall journey with Clay Telecom has been excellent and has helped me learn both professionally and personally. Cooperative seniors with chance to learn thoroughly. Helping and genuine employees. Positive atmosphere to work in.

Dislikes

Sometimes workload increase because of shortage of employees. All Saturdays must be off.
