...upportive. There was a huge playground for students. There's policies were good. They give salary hike and bonus every year.

...w it happens every where the politics. Which is a very big problem for everyone. Salary was good but the carrier growth was very low.

Only one good thing is salary comes in time, and other ta and da are almost 6month later with 60% cut off

Salary, job security, Not payment of reimbursement, Always cut off of reimbursement, no reply why money has deducted

Got to work with great colleagues. Fast working culture. Good for freshers with little or zero experience. Free lunch and shuttle service.

Dislikes

1. No appraisal and benefits, but when it comes to deduction, they are in the fore front. 2. The management takes employees for granted and even push you beyond office hours and working days. Once work is over, they will just toss you off like yesterday's jam. That being said, working in this company, one loses their dignity and self respect. 3. 90℅ of the staff quit their job during the lockdown period due to management's communist mentality. 4. Rolled over leaves are useless and doesn't get counted in the notice period. 5. They are unsure of their own company goals and tasks get changed in order to follow the new market trends with an unwillingness to spend on quality resources and lashing out failures on their employees. 6. Suggestion to new job seekers - Avoid at all cost if you value your sanity.

Please never work in this company you will never learn any thing ..Just will waste your life .. People are lazy in this company and fake ..Hr team is waste ..Will never reply you fir your full and final .

I was in the content team & the teammates were awesome, always helpful, kind. I don't assume there was any kind of politics. The people of other departments were nice too. All the festivals are celebrated with equal enthusiasm. When I was there content team had 5 days working in a week. The work pressure is moderate.

Dislikes

I don't think there is much prospect to grow in the company. The appraisal is also not the one which can keep up with the cost of living.
