Terrible job .. No salaries on time ..(7th of every month and they hold your FnF) Worst culture .. Seniors are not capable and educated they teach some educated person.. HR's support worst (All the likes are dislikes)

Once you resigned, they will not give your salary and travel reimbursement. And they will say if you work in the same industry we will file a case on you. Apart from that they make you fraud. Pathetic service and company..

Despite this, the office culture is vibrant due to the youthful crowd, creating a positive atmosphere. The workspace is well-maintained, offering a decent and comfortable environment. Additionally, the office is conveniently located in Noida Sector 3, with excellent connectivity, being close to the Sector 15-16 metro stations.

Well, they’re left with breadcrumbs in the name of salary hikes and benefits. As for the Diwali bonus—prepare to be thrilled by a heartwarming email and a box of expired sweets sourced from the admin's budget-friendly vendor. With dreams of an IPO shining bright, the company’s current strategy for profitability includes layoffs—because nothing says "growth" like trimming the workforce!

1. Disguised Unemployment 2. No working Process 3. Offer Higher Salary to Tier I and II college employee and less salary to those below Tier I and II 4. Work culture is very bad 5. Force to work after office time (as such they called Work-Life Balance) 6. Manager's behavior is not good. 7. Have less focus on Testing Side. 8. Offered Permanent WFH, but now call office forcefully

Company should be the benchmark for other organisations and they should learn from classplus that how they treat their employees and what kind of company culture boosts the employee spirit, I admire everything what classplus has in every other organisations.
