Current management is worst, they don't care about the employees. Seniors of all sites gives false commitments on incentives, they are sitting there only to warm their pockets. No one wants to take the responsibility in terms of employee need. Timings are so strict, poor work life balance.

Job security is good, even in pandemic situation when there was chaos everywhere , our salary was given on time.

Dislikes

Strict timings. Career growth is slow lil bit slow. Heirarchy is not proper. Leaves are very less. Delay in decision makings. No team outings for refresh. Rigid timings

To start with Mr. Chordiya shouldn't abandon his business thinking he got the professionals and they would do justice to Legecy. They are the worst managers of all time , some of them got a job because they know someone from before and all through they were a avg profer and poses no extra or rightful talent to emerge as a leader .

Good environment during work hours, all function Team members are good. Learned many more in this organization.

Dislikes

Overall good organization, but required some trainings, seminars for more prepairation and updates.
