Product wise its was very worst exp. their product having worst but they will blame on the team that couldn't able to handle.

No work ethics , no professionalism,no basic education qualification of those who are working here as your senior for example your senior can be of arts background ,may be he has reached here by selling chai Patti or aqua guard will they respect B.Tech or MBA from IIM answer is no, HR can’t intervene, just they will ruin your carrier,they are struggling don’t struggle with them unless you don’t have any other option to work here or you will be jobless,pathetic people
