If I talk about salary so this is good company. They are not giving us too much salary, but on time salary & except salary, this is worse company to work.

Dislikes

They established in Jordan but karela management is there therefore rules are worse than indian rules.

This company has very bad environment 12 hours duty low salery, some times duty more than 12 hr. and some authority persons do corruption behind the owner, owner is not aware about the work. Third class quality, management, etc.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
